I.A. No.1108 of 2021
Heard Mr. S. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner.
The Petitioner was released on bail by order dated 4.6.2021 on his submission that he will deposit the entire amount to the tune of Rs.1,09,00,500/-. Accordingly based on his submission, the time schedule was fixed that, he will deposit Rs.10,00,000/- at the time of his release and Rs.40,00,000/- within a period of two months thereafter and the rest amount within a period of six months. But after his release without depositing single penny. he sought for extension of time on different occasions.
Accordingly, issue notice to the Petitioner as to why order dated 4.6.2021 of this court shall not be recalled and his bail shall not be cancelled for violation of the conditions stipulated in the said order dated 4.6.2021.
Mr. S. Mohanty, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Petitioner.
