Manoj Kumar through his next friend Gurcharan Singh vs State of H.P.

Kuldip Singh, J.—This petition has been filed u/s 482 Cr.P.C. for a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Solan, to decide the bail application 15-5/22/2012 titled Manoj v/s. State of H.P. pending in his Court. It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that bail application was filed by petitioner before the learned Sessions Judge on 21.01.2012. Thereafter, the bail application was listed on 23.01.2012. The lower Courts in between were closed for Winter Vacation for four weeks. The bail application was fixed on 22.02.2012 and now it has been fixed on 23.03.2012. Let petitioner through counsel make a request to the learned Sessions Judge on the next date for deciding the bail application at an early date. It is hoped the learned Sessions Judge will consider such request of the petitioner, if made, for deciding the bail application at an early date. In view of above, the petition is disposed of. The pending application is also disposed of in view of disposal of the main petition.
