As per the compliance affidavit dated 17.03.2020, pursuant to the judgment dated 19.11.2019 rendered in CWP No.2695/2018, a fresh/reÂ‐

consideration order has been passed on 14.03.2020 by the respondent, ordering Himachal Pradesh Para Veterinary Council to register diplomas of the

petitioners, which will be treated as legal and valid for all intents and purposes. Relevant portion whereof reads as under:Â​

“And now, therefore, after reconsideration the matter in the light of Judgment passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh in case

titled Manav Bharti University vs. State of H.P. & Ors dated 13.04.2011 (which has attained finality) it is ordered that the Himachal Pradesh Para

Veterinary Council shall register the petitioners since they have supposedly joined the diploma course in Manav Bharti University in the year 2009,

prior to the enactment of H.P. Para Veterinary Council Act, 2010. However, in view of the fake degree scam being investigated in Manav Bharti

University the H.P. Para Veterinary Council shall confirm the veracity of the Diploma that shall be submitted by the Petitioners before the Council

before their registration. It is made clear that after registration with the Himachal Pradesh Para Veterinary Council the Diploma of the petitioners shall

be treated to be a legal and valid for all intents and purposes.â€​

It is not in dispute that the diplomas obtained by the petitioners have now been registered with Himachal Pradesh Para Veterinary Council vide

registration Nos.4423, 4424 and 4425 dated 12.01.2021 and the same are being treated as legal and valid for all intents and purposes. In view of this,

the judgment rendered by this Court in CWP No.2695/2018, dated 19.11.2019, stands complied with. Nothing survives in the instant contempt petition

and the same is accordingly closed. Notice issued to the respondent is ordered to be discharged. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioners to seek

appropriate recourse for their surviving grievances, if any. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
