IT is agreed between the Counsel appearing on both sides that the appellant shall-pay to the Respondent a sum of Rs. 1,16,000/-within two months from today and the said amount shall be received by the Respondent in full and final settlement of all his claims against the Appellant under the present dispute. This will be treated as an order passed by this Commission for the purpose of enforcement.

SINCE it is brought to our notice that a large number of claims have been already filed and are also being filed against the Appellant in different Consumer Forums spread in various States in India, in the interest of avoidance of multiplicity of litigation and also unnecessary appeals and revisions, we direct Shri E.M.S. Anam, Counsel appearing for the Appellant, to file a consolidated list of all the creditors to whom moneys are outstanding due from the appellant, showing the dates on which they made deposits and the dates on which the amounts became repayable to the various creditors and such other further particulars as are necessary to determine their claims. The appellant shall also submit a scheme for early repayment of the amounts due to all the creditors for the approval by this Commission within a period of three weeks from today. Until this is done, there will be a general stay of all proceedings against the appellant before all the Forums in the different States. The arrest warrant issued against the appellant in the case out of which this appeal has arisen will stand cancelled subject to the compliance with the direction regarding the payment as directed in this order. This appeal will stand adjourned for six weeks for the purpose of submission of the scheme mentioned above.
