Judgment
These two appeals have been filed against the orders dated 09.05.2024 and 15.05.2024 which orders are as follows:-

Mr. Abhishek Anand, Ld. Counsel for the Applicant appears physically.
List the matter on 15.05.2024.”

This is a report filed by the Resolution Professional under Section 99 of the IBC, 2016. The same is taken on record.
A copy of the report has already been served upon the Personal Guarantor on 11.05.2024.
Ld. Counsel Mr. Abhishek Anand for the Personal Guarantor appeared and sought time to file a response to the report filed by the RP. At his request, list the matter on 05.06.2024 along with pending applications.”
Counsel for the Appellant submits that by IA No. 2271 of 2024, he has prayed for recall of the order dated 01.05.2024 which has not yet been considered.
By order dated 09.05.2024, matter was listed on 15.05.2024 and by order dated 15.05.2024, matter has now been listed on 05.06.2024. We see no reason to entertain these appeals which have been filed against the order dated 09.05.2024 and 15.05.2024. When the matter is already fixed before the Adjudicating Authority on 05.06.2024, it is open for the Appellant to press his application.
With these observations, we dismiss these appeals.
