After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation, seeking
modification/quashing of the transfer order. He further submits that a direction may be issued to the respondents to consider and decide the
representation within a period of one week.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that her husband is also working in HP Police Department at Barsar and this aspect shall also be
taken into consideration while deciding the representation to be filed by the petitioner
In the light of above, the writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make a representation within a period of one week from today.
On receipt of such representation, the respondents shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, for her transfer being a couple case,
as per the transfer policy occupying the field within a period of three weeks thereafter.
Pending application(s), if any, also stand(s) disposed of.
