Learned counsel for applicant makes a statement that as per the record the CIRP is initiated against the Corporate Debtor Raheja Developers Limited (IB-1321/PB/2018) on 20.08.2019. Accordingly, the present application for initiation of CIRP against the self-same Corporate Debtor becomes infructuous. The applicant is permitted to file its claim before IRP in appropriate form.
IB-2009/PB/2019 is disposed of in terms of above order.
