Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned Standing Counsel accepted notice on behalf of respondent No.1 & 2, and Sri A.C. Tiwari, learned counsel for respondent No.8.

In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to the private respondents.

The petitioners have preferred the present writ petition with the prayer to issue a mandamus directing the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Bhogaon District Mainpuri to decide Case No.1177 of 2019 (Uma Devi and others Vs. Malkhan and others) under Section 144 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006.

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter is pending since long, till date no decision has been final taken and prays for expeditious disposal.
