Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider her

representation in light of judgment dated 1.11.2017 passed by this Court rendered in the case of Kavita Choudhary Vs. Registrar (Examination) &

Anr. : DB Civil Special Appeal (Writ) No.1700/2017.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation within a period of 15 days to

the Secretary, Rajasthan Public Service Commission, enclosing a copy of the order dated 01.11.2017 rendered in the case of Kavita Choudhary

(supra).

In case, a representation is so addressed within the aforesaid period, the Secretary, RPSC shall consider and decide the same in accordance with

law while considering the judgment in the case of Kavita Choudhary (supra); however, in no case later than four weeks from the date of receipt of the

representation.

It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the representation has been issued only with a view to ensure expeditious redressal of

petitioner’s grievance. The same may not be construed to be an order to decide the representation in a particular manner.

The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
