By way of the present petition, the petitioner has sought the following substantive relief:
“Issue the writ of mandamus directing the respondents authorities to transfer the present petitioner from Govt. Sr. Sec. School Chhatrari, District Chamba H.P. to Govt. Sr. Sec. School Holi in the interest of justice and keeping in view of the transfer policy”
The above relief has been sought on the ground that the petitioner has completed his normal tenure in the hard area and as per the Transfer Policy of the State Government, he is entitled to be adjusted at the place of his choice. In this regard, he has
already made a representation dated 02.01.2023, which is Annexure P-3.
Since the matter is to be decided by the respondents, as such the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-3), within a period of three weeks from today.
The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
