The present interim bail application (I.A. No.1 dated 09.03.2021) has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.16/2021 Registered at Police Station Anti Corruption Bureau, Jaipur District Jaipur for the offences under Sections 7 and 7A of Prevention of Corruption Act, 2018 and Section 120-B of IPC (In FIR) and for the offences under Sections 7, 7A of Prevention of Anti Corruption Act, 2018 and 384, 120B of IPC (In Order).

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage of petitioner's sister is going to be solemnized on 15.03.2021 and prayed for interim bail for a period of 15 days.

Learned Additional Advocate General-cum-Government Advocate has confirmed that fact regarding the marriage of petitioner's sister.

Dr. V.B. Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General has seriously opposed the interim bail application and prayed that the petitioner be allowed to attend his sister's marriage ceremony only in police custody.

The prayer made by Dr. V.B. Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General is rejected.

Considering the submissions put-forth by counsel for the parties and taking into account the facts and circumstances of the present case and also considering the fact that the marriage of petitioner's sister is fixed for 15.03.2021 and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to release the petitioner on interim bail for a period of 10 days' from today, keeping the regular bail application pending.

Accordingly, it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Manish Agarwal S/o Dinesh Kumar shall be released on interim bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- along with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation to surrender before the concerned Jail Authorities on 21.03.2021 itself.

The present interim bail application (I.A. No.1 dated 09.03.2021) stands disposed of.
