Judgment

Heard Mr. Kh. Tarunkumar, learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant.
Issue notice, returnable within three weeks.
Mr. L. Rajesh, leaned counsel entered appearance and accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 3, hence, no formal notice is called for in respect of the said respondent.
Applicant is to take steps for service of notice upon the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 by speed post. Steps should be taken within one week and applicant is directed to file an affidavit showing proof of service of such notice.
The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner made a prayer for passing an appropriate interim order on the ground that the tournament is going to be held on 04-11-2023 and unless the present application is heard and disposed of expeditiously, the interest of the players will suffer. On the other hand, Mr. L. Rajesh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 3 seeks a few days time to file an objection.
As prayed for, list this case again on 25-10-2023 for consideration of the prayer for passing interim order.
In the meantime, the respondent No. 3 is directed to file its objection on or before 24-10-2023 with advance copy to the counsel appearing for the applicant.
