Devan Ramachandran, J
Smt.Rekha Vasudevan, learned counsel appearing for some of the respondents, points out that even though an interim order was issued by this
Court only on 05/02/2021, those persons who were offered appointment prior to that, are also now not allowed to join.    Â
Shri.P.C.Sasidharan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Public Service Commission, submitted that as perÂ
the Interim Order dated 05/02/2021, this Court has only ordered that 'over qualified' persons will not be appointed.
3. I am, therefore, of the view that it should be clarified that if any person has been appointed prior to 05/02/2021, being the date of the interim order
of this Court, they shall be allowed to join, subject to the final result in this writ petition. It is so clarified.
4. It is, however, ordered that no over qualified person who has not been issued with the appointment orders prior to 05/02/2021 will be allowed to
join.
