Judgment
Mohammad Rafiq, J.—Petitioner, who is Constable in Police Department, by filing present writ petition, has challenged order of his suspension dated 31.03.2009.
Learned Counsel for Petitioner has cited judgment of this Court dated 20.04.2010 in Writ Petition No. 3137/2010 Sumant Kumar Koli v. State of Rajasthan and Ors., and submitted that in the light of aforesaid judgment passed by this Court, Petitioner should be given liberty to make representation to Respondents to reconsider his suspension because only challan has been filed and trial will take a long.
It is contended that Department of Personnel of Government of Rajasthan has recently issued a revised policy instructions to reconsider such cases.
Petition is disposed of with liberty to Petitioner to make representation before competent authority, who shall examine and decide the same in the light of aforesaid judgment and keeping in view recent policy instructions issued by the Government, within a period of three months.
Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
