Judgment
This criminal revision petition under Section 397/401 has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved with the order dated 10.09.2018 passed by the Sessions Judge, P.C. Act Cases, Biknaer (hereinafter to be referred as the 'trial court') in Sessions Case No.06/2018, whereby the trial court has ordered for framing of charges against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 7, 13 (1)(d)/13 (2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act read with Section 120-B of IPC.
It is informed by learned Public Prosecutor that in the trial against the petitioner, statements of some prosecution witnesses have already been recorded.
In view of the fact that trial against the petitioner is under progress, I am not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the trial court for framing of charges against the petitioner for the aforesaid offences.
Hence, this criminal revision petition is dismissed, however, the petitioner will be at liberty to raise all the grounds taken in this revision petition at appropriate stage.
