Judgment

Prayer in the present writ petition is for issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the impugned action of the respondents, whereby the petitioner is not being allowed to join as Extension Lecturer (Economics) in Respondent No.3 College.
Learned counsel contends that the petitioner, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 18.09.2019 (Annexure P-5), within some specified time.
In view of the statement made by the counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merit of the case or commenting thereon, the present writ petition is disposed of with directions to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 18.09.2019 (Annexure P-5) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
In case the claim of the petitioner is to be accepted, the consequential benefits, if any, be released to her, in accordance with law and if the claim of the petitioner is not to be accepted, then a well reasoned and speaking order be passed and conveyed to the petitioner forthwith.
It is made clear that in case the representation is not decided within two months, there shall be costs of Rs. 25,000/- to be paid to the petitioner.
