Judgment
Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The petitioner is aggrieved by her transfer from Government Primary School, Thalotu to GPS Ladehera. Though several contentions are taken by the petitioner, finally it is submitted that since the daughter of the petitioner is studying in 10+1, she may be permitted to continue upto 31st March, 2012. It is submitted that the petitioner is widow and there is nobody in the family to look after the children. It will be open to the petitioner to avail leave of the kind due till 31st March, 2012. In case, she has no leave at her credit, it will be open to her to take leave not due as well. Thereafter on 2nd April, 2012, the petitioner will join the transferred station. In the meanwhile, in case there is any available vacancy in any of the schools as pointed out by the petitioner, the petitioner shall be permitted to join the duty in that vacancy till 31st March, 2012. 2. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
