Judgment

The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:
“i) Call for the records leading to issue Ext. P 13 and quash the same by issuing a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ order or direction.
ii) Declare that the third respondent cannot continue in office of the petitioner, beyond 58 years in the light of Rule 183 (2) of the KCS Rules as she worked as a full time sweeper in service.
iii) for a direction to dispense with filing of the translation of vernacular documents.
iv) Grant such other relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
Now, the Administrative Committee of Vellanad Service Co-operative Bank Ltd has decided that the Bank does not object to implementing Government Order No. G.O.(Rt) No.364/2022/Co-op dated 24.05.2022, which sanctioned the part-time sweeper post in the Co-operative Bank and the Administrative Committee does not want to continue with the proceedings.
In view of the aforementioned fact, the writ petition stands closed.
