Judgment
The petitioner in WP(c).No.38987 of 2018 is a High School Assistant (Malayalam) who was found eligible for appointment by transfer as HSST(Malayalam). As an appeal has already been preferred by the Manager, there shall be a direction to the Director of Higher Secondary Education to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 appeal (produced in WP(c).No.10409 of 2019), after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the Manager and other teachers if any who are likely to be affected, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of.
