ORDER
IA 2861 of 2021:
This is an application filed seeking direction for replacement of IRP. This Bench on 02.12.2019, appointed Mr. L. V. Shyamsundar an IRP in the matter to conduct the CIRP. However, the name of the IRP was withdrawn through a rejoinder and instead the name of Mr. Arun Jain as IRP was suggested. Thereafter, an MA was filed for the rectification in the name of IRP vide MA No. 308 of 2020 dated 05.02.2020.
This Bench takes note that the IRP has not taken charge of the CIRP and the applicant has been unable to file its claim.
In view of the above, this Bench appoints Mr. Dilipkumar Natvarlal Jagad, having registration number as IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00233/2017-2018/10462, having Email ID as [email protected] as the IRP in the matter.
IA 2861 of 2021 is partly allowed and is pending. List this application for further hearing on 07.06.2022. List IA 455 of 2021 and IA 2365 of 2021 for hearing on 05.07.2022.
