Judgment
Ajay Mohan Goel, J
The grievance of petitioner is with regard to non- implementation of the directions, which have been passed in his favour by learned Trial Court, including order dated 09.03.2021.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that this petition at the present stage is pre-mature and appropriate course open for the petitioner is to approach learned Trial Court itself by moving an application and bringing said facts to the notice of learned Court below so that appropriate orders can be passed. Learned Counsel also submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition, with liberty to file appropriate application before learned Trial Court and this Court may observe that in the event of any such application being filed, orders be passed on it as expeditiously as possible.
On the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is permitted to be withdrawn, at this stage, and it is observed that in the event of petitioner approaching learned Trial Court with regard to implementation of the orders which stand passed by it, then the same be disposed of as expeditiously as possible, of course by adhering to the principles of natural justice. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, so also pending miscellaneous applications, if any.
