Judgment
Savitri Ratho, J
An affidavit has been filed by the father of the petitioner Piyush Pan on 15.05.2024 stating that the petitioner has three criminal antecedents in Champua P.S. Case No. 80 of 2023, Champua P.S. Case No. 53 of 2024 and Champua P.S. Case No. 70 of 2023 all under Section 395 of IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 16. 05.2024 stating that the petitioner has been released on bail in all the three cases by this Court - BLAPL No. 2013 of 2024 in connection with Champua P.S. Case No. 80 of 2023, BLAPL No. 2798 of 2024 in connection with Champua P.S. Case No. 70 of 2023 and BLAPL No. 2280 of 2024 in connection with Champua P.S. Case No. 53 of 2024.
This case has been listed before me as BLAPL No. 135 of 2024 filed by a co-accused has been disposed of by me.
Perusal of the FIR details match furnished by the Registry indicates that BLAPL No. 5067 of 2024 filed by the co-accused Biswajit Giri @ Ganesh Giri is pending before this Court.
In the interest of justice, list this case tomorrow (21.05.2024) along with BLAPL No. 5067 of 2024.
