1.

APPELLANT /complainant has filed review application No. 73 of 2015 against the order dated 20.02.2015 passed by me in Appeal No. 111 of 2015 by which, appeal was dismissed as barred by limitation. Now, appellant has filed documents pertaining to medical record and copy of order of High Court in support of application for condonation of delay. As appellant has not placed these documents along with application for condonation of delay and has not referred these documents during the course of arguments, these documents cannot be considered in review petition particularly when there was no averment in the application for condonation of delay regarding illness of appellant''s son. In the application for condonation of delay, appellant did not mention when writ was filed before High Court and when it was dismissed and in such circumstances, inordinate delay of 517 days in filing appeal was not condoned and appeal was dismissed.

2.

I do not find any error apparent on the face of record which calls for review of the order; hence, review petition filed by the Appellant/complainant is liable to be dismissed.

3.

CONSEQUENTLY , review application filed by the Appellant/complainant is dismissed.
