ORDER

Ld. Counsel for the parties present. Consent Terms have been filed in the matter evidencing settlement of the claim of the Operational Creditor, which is taken on record and the C.P.(IB)-3216(MB)/2019 is dismissed as withdrawn in accordance with the Consent Terms. Liberty is granted to the Operational Creditor to approach this Tribunal again in case there is a default.
