Mr. Karna Mehra, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that he does not have any instructions to pursue the matter.

This matter is pending since 2025. It is also noted that notice was not issued in this matter.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent submits that it is delay tactics by the Petitioner and that stay application is also pending and no amount has been deposited till date.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for want of instructions.

Needless to state that the Petitioner is at liberty to file restoration application within three months from today, if the cause still survives.
