1.

Heard learned counsel for the appellant. The appellant was served with a charge sheet under Rule 16 of Rajasthan Civil Services(Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1958. Charge was found proved against him by the Enquiry Officer. Thereafter, Disciplinary Authority passed an order of punishment for dismissal from service. Appellant''s departmental appeal was also dismissed. Thereafter, review petition filed by the appellant was allowed and matter was remanded back. Again, Disciplinary Authority passed an order of dismissal from service after affording an opportunity to the appellant. Thereafter, again an appeal was preferred by the appellant, which was dismissed by the Appellate Authority. Then again, review petition was preferred, which was also dismissed. The orders passed by Disciplinary Authority, Appellate Authority and Reviewing Authority were challenged before the Single Bench by way of writ petition by the appellant. Learned Single Judge, after considering all the facts and circumstances of the case, material available on record and also the findings recorded by all the three authorities, did not interfere in the matter and dismissed the writ petition filed by the appellant. 2. We have heard learned counsel for the appellant. Learned counsel for the appellant is unable to point out any illegality or perversity in the impugned order, so as to interfere in this intra Court appeal. We find no merit in this intra Court appeal and the same is, accordingly, dismissed in limine.
