Judgment
Mr. Rath, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, impugned is order dated 7th October, 2021 passed by the Commissioner. He submits, the writ petition can be disposed of by direction made for expeditious disposal of O.A. no.110 of 2021 pending before the authority.
Mr. A.K.Pandey, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner in WP(C) no.30442 of 2021 and submits, his client filed OA no.107 of 2021, mentioned in impugned order and also pending. He submits, there be direction for expeditious disposal on his client’s OA as well.
Ms. Naidu, learned advocate appears on behalf of the Commissioner and on query submits, since there are contradictory claims in the two proceedings, six months’ time will be necessary for adjudication. Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State.
The Commissioner is directed to expeditiously deal with O.A. nos.107 and 110, both of 2021. For the purpose, no unnecessary adjournments are to be granted. There should be adjudication and disposal by six months from date.
With above directions the writ petition stands disposed of.
