1 Learned Counsel for petitioner has filed a memo along with the wedding card of the petitioner''s sister, whose marriage has been fixed on 23/3/2009. He submits that the petitioner has deposited the fine amount of Rs, 2,500/- before the trial Court
Learned H.C.G.P. is directed to take notice on behalf of the respondent/State.
Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner and the learned H.C.G.P. appearing on behalf of respondent/State regarding suspension of sentence.
Considering the submission made by the petitioner and also the fact that the marriage of the sister of the petitioner has been fixed on 23/3/2009, it is just and proper to suspend the sentence passed by the Court below for a limited period of six weeks, on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 25.000/- with two solvent sureties for the like sum, to the satisfaction of the trial Court and shall appear before the trial Court as and when called for.
Accordingly, this Misc, Crl. application is allowed. The order of sentence passed by the Court below is suspended Call for L.C. Rs.
List this matter for admission after two weeks.
