ORDER
Learned Counsel for Corporate Debtor is present in person. Learned Counsel for RP appeared via video conference.
IA 519/2021 is filed by RP under Section 12A of I&B Code, 2016 on the ground of settlement between Operational Creditor and Corporate Debtor. It is submitted that COC is not yet constituted. Since parties have settled the dispute in between them, we allow this application and main CP No.286/9/HDB/2019 is withdrawn and stands disposed of. Order of moratorium shall cease to have effect.
