No one appears for the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 dealer submits that the matter has been settled with the petitioner complainant. The subject vehicle has been repaired to the entire satisfaction of the petitioner complainant and handed-over to her. The submission is that accordingly nothing survives in the petition, and the non-appearance of the petitioner complainant may also be for the same reason.

In the wake of the above submissions, the petition appears to have been rendered infructuous and stands dismissed as such.

However, unfettered unconditional liberty is provided to the petitioner complainant to revive her petition, if she so wishes, within 30 days by filing appropriate application.

The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties in the petition and to their learned counsel immediately. The stenographer is also requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
