Miscellaneous Application No. 17/ 2015 has been shown as listed for disposal. Hence, the further listing of same is not proper on behalf of Office. Office is being directed to be careful in mentioning and listing in future. No such repetition should occur.
Learned Counsels for both sides are present. Written arguments by both sides were requested to be filed and two dates were fixed for it. But till today, it was not filed. Learned Counsel for Petitioner had served it on respondent on today itself and is being said to be filed on today itself. Two weeks' time is being requested by Counsel for Respondent for filing written arguments of it. Let it be filed within two weeks.
