Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner is present.
This application is filed under section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code for a sum of Rs.1,92,015/- (Rupees One Lakh Ninety Two Thousand and Fifteen Only), i.e. Principal sum Rs. 98,896/- and the Petitioner charges a sum of Rs.93,119/- as interest @ 24% p.a.
Vide notification dated 24.03.2020 the jurisdiction of NCLT has been enlarged from Rs. 1.00 lakh to Rs.1.00 crore. Hence this application is dismissed for want of jurisdiction.
