The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers :-

(i) a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, direction or order quashing Exts.P8 and P8(a) as illegal and void;

(ii) a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ direction, order to respondents 1 & 2 to issue positive Rules governing the appointment of Vocational Higher Secondary Schools Teachers/Lecturers, and their entitlement to govern the Vocational Higher Secondary Schools, either by means of Executive Orders or by amendment of the Rules already issued prescribing Qualifications and method of appointment to the Cadre of Vocational Higher Secondary School Teachers and their entitlement to the cadre of Principals of the Vocational Higher Secondary Schools;

(iii) such other appropriate writs, directions or orders which are fit and necessary in the circumstances of the case.

When the matter is taken up for final hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits, similar issue as involved herein had come up for consideration before a Division Bench of this Court in Writ petition No. 13003/2012 and judgment has been rendered therein on 10.09.2012. It is submitted that, the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is given to the 2nd respondent to consider the claim in the light of the said judgment, within a reasonable time.

Heard the learned Government Pleader as well. In the above circumstance, this Court does not find it necessary to adjudicate the merits of the case projected in this writ petition. The 2nd respondent is directed to consider the claim in the light of the judgment dated 10.09.2012 in W.P.(C) No. 13003/2012 and pass appropriate orders at the earliest, at any rate within ''two months'' from the date of receipt of a copy this judgment.

All the benefits flowing from the order to be passed by the second respondent as above, shall also be caused to be disbursed to the petitioner forthwith.

Writ petition is disposed of.
