Heard Mr. S. Lodh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Kohinoor N. Bhattacharyya, learned GA appearing for the respondents-State.

Mr. Lodh, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the reliefs claimed by the petitioner has already been addressed to and inquiry has also been made by the Chief Secretary to find out the officers responsible for causing such illegalities and arbitrariness in the appointment of respondent no.5, Sri Gautam Kumar Shil in the post of Member, Child Welfare Committee for Sepahijala District.

Mr. Bhattacharyya, learned GA has submitted that necessary action will be taken in terms of the inquiry against the officers responsible for such illegal appointment of the respondent no.5

In view of above, Mr. Lodh, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the instant writ petition as the reliefs claimed by the petitioner has already been addressed to.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed.
