Feeling aggrieved by the sealing order passed by respondent no. 3, petitioner filed an Appeal, which was dismissed. Now, petitioner’s revision
filed against the order of Appellate Authority is pending before respondent no. 2. Petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by Revisional Authority
on 03.07.2021, whereby no interim order was passed on petitioner’s stay application. Petitioner has also challenged the sealing order passed on
14.07.2021.
Learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 & 2, on instructions, submits that the next date fixed by the Revisional Authority is 24.07.2021.
Learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner submits that notices have been served upon all the parties, who are respondents in the revision.
Having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2 to decide
petitioner’s Revision Petition on the next date fixed i.e. on 24.07.2021 or on any other day on or before 31.07.2021.
Learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner further submits that petitioner’s application for sanction of map is pending before M.D.D.A. since
more than six months. If that is so, the Competent Authority in M.D.D.A. shall consider the petitioner’s application for sanction of map and pass
appropriate order, in accordance with law, as early as possible; but, not later than three weeks’ from the date of production of certified copy of
this order.
