Judgment

Learned counsel for the petitioner in support of his case against his transfer to Manipur, has produced an opinion of Dr. Ajoy Kr. Mandal (CMO) MD (Medicine) of ARMH Laitkor, Shillong, wherein his medical category is shown as P3 (T-24).
Learned counsel has submitted that P3 (T-24) condition means major disablement with limited physical capacity and stamina. He submits that this certificate was issued on 01-03-2024, and that the petitioner has been served with a movement order directing him to report to his new place of posting by 09-03-2024. He submits that due to his medical condition which requires regular reviews, some consideration may be given.
In this view of the matter, Dr. N.Mozika, learned DSGI is directed to obtain instructions, inasmuch as, the condition of the writ petitioner as is apparent from the medical report, seems to support his case.
List this matter on 20-03-2024.
Meanwhile, there shall be a status quo as to the movement of the writ petitioner until the next date.
