None is present for petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 1&2 is present. Present petition has been preferred against the order

passed by Additional District & Sessions Judge, Sikar in Criminal Revision No. 172/2012 (Mrs. Nirmala Devi Vs. Madan Lal) whereby learned

Additional District & Sessions Judge has enhanced quantum of maintenance to Rs. 3200/- per month. The present petition was preferred way

back on 2013, but none is present to press the petition. Contents of the order impugned goes to divulge that petitioner was employed as a teacher

and was earning a monthly salary of Rs. 14,859/- , apart from earning separate income from rendering tuitions.

Respondent no. 2 Smt. Nirmala Devi is a mother of a minor child Himani.

Considering the present living standards and price index and employment of the petitioner the , amount of maintenance, which has been

enhanced to Rs. 3200/- per month, does not appear to be in higher side.

For the reasons deliberated present petition being bereft of merit is dismissed.

Let a copy of the order be sent to concerned court below for necessary information and compliance.
