CA(IB) No. 556/KB/2019 is an application filed by the Interim Resolution Professional for recording settlement of the dispute between the parties before Committee of Creditors formed. As the matter was settled between the Operational Creditor and Corporate Debtor, therefore, recording the settlement the C.P. is disposed of. It is also submitted that Interim Resolution Professional's fees and costs has been paid. Therefore, CA(IB) No. 556/KB/2019 along with the CP(IB) No. 1515/KB/2019 is disposed of. Pending CA, if any, is also to be disposed of.
