After some hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition as she submits that she would be moving the Tribunal by way of a review petition.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of such review petition as and when it is moved, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty as sought.
