ORDER
On the application moved by the IRP (Mr. M.S. Viswanathan) seeking approval over the proposal made by the CoC passing a resolution on 26.08.2019 for continuation of IRP as RP, this Bench hereby approved the resolution with a direction to the IRP to continue as RP as approved by the CoC.
Accordingly, this MA/966/2019 is hereby allowed.
