Judgment
ORDER
CA-171/2019 has been filed by the Resolution Professional bringing on record the resolution passed by the CoC in its 2nd meeting convened on 5th February, 2019. The only member of the CoC is Canara Bank and a decision has been taken by them to terminate the CIR process. The said resolution has been passed by 100% voting share and is annexed at page 21 of the said application. Accordingly, the RP has been directed to file the present application which is duly supported by his affidavit. In view of the decision taken by the CoC, this application is allowed.
The CIR is hereby terminated. The Corporate Debtor is released from the rigours of the moratorium and is permitted to function through its own Board. File be consigned to the record room.
