Judgment
Heard the submissions made by the RP. The RP has moved this application for liquidaton of M/s Taipack Ltd., under Section 33 (2) of the IBC. The RP has confirmed that the CoC on 7.7.2020 has regularised the appointment of RP with effect from 20th January, 2020 in para No 14 of the application. The RP has informed the Tribunal that there are no assets in the company the CoC has approved that no expression of Interest is to be invited and have approved the liquidation of the corporate debtor. It is further stated that CoC has also approved the appointment of RP as Liquidator. Having regard to the contents of the application, this Tribunal also approves the appointment of RP as Liquidator. The RP (now Liquidator) has confirmed that CIRP period of mandatory days was completed on 4.6.2020. The Liquidator may take steps for making paper publication and other formalities as prescribed under law. Let the matter be posted after four weeks to enable the Liquidator to appraise the status of liquidation to the Tribunal.
