O R D E R
This Contempt Petition has been filed by the Applicant/Financial Creditor in IBA/13/KOB/2020 against Respondents/Corporate Debtor Mr. Brahmadathan Poomully Mana and others alleging contempt of the order dated 24.9.2020 of this Tribunal.
This Tribunal heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondents who appeared through video conferencing and perused all the relevant records. It is seen that the IA No.2/KOB/2021 filed by the Financial Creditor has been allowed by this Tribunal vide order dated 28.01.2021 and the IBA/13/KOB/2020 has been restored to file. After restoration, both sides have been heard and vide order dated 30.3.2021 the IBA/13/KOB/2020 has been admitted and CIRP has been ordered.
In view of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in the matter. Hence Contempt Petition No.1/KOB/2021 stands dismissed as infructuous and notices discharged.
