Heard the submissions made by the Learned Counsel for the petitioner/operational creditor as well as Counsel for the corporate debtor. A joint application has been filed under Rule 11 of the NCLT Rules, 2016 to take on record the terms of the settlement arrived between the parties and to dispose of present section 9 petition with liberty to revive the same in accordance with the settlement terms more particularly detailed in para 4 of the above application.
Having heard the submissions made by the Counsels for both the parties and having noted the contents of the application the petition is disposed of in terms of settlement and liberty is granted as prayed for.
