ORDER
The matter was listed today for pronouncement of order. However, both the counsels submit that a compromise has been effected pursuant to which a cheque of Rs. 14 lakhs has been tendered by the Corporate Debtor and has been accepted in full and final satisfaction of the claimed made herein subject to its clearance. Ld. counsel submits that the cheques has been presented and therefore they wish to await the proceeds being received.
