Mr. Amit Pareek, IRP and Mr. H. K. Sarma, advocate appearing for the applicant/OC are present. Heard both sides in IA No.70 of 2019. The above application is filed by the IRP for withdrawal of the above CIRP proceedings as the matter is settled between the parties. Accordingly, the above Interim Application is allowed and all the further proceedings stand withdrawn as settled out of the Court.
