Judgment
The present appeal is listed on 15.05.2026. Appellants filed a Writ Petition bearing no. CWP-11977-2026 titled as M/s RDESCO Agro Foods and others v. Punjab National Bank and others before Punjab and Haryana High Court and vide order dated 21.04.2026 the High Court granted one week's time from the date of the order to the appellants to file appropriate application for interim relief before this Tribunal. The Punjab and Haryana High Court has protected the possession of the appellant till today, i.e. 28.04.2026 and the respondent bank has been directed not to take over the possession of secured asset. The above mentioned applications were filed after 21.04.2026.
Considering all the facts the present appeal is listed for final hearing on 08.05.2026 at 2 p.m. and respective counsels for the parties shall appear physically. Till then, the interim order in terms of the order dated 21.04.2026 passed by the Punjab and Haryana High Court shall continue. Respondent no.1 Punjab National Bank shall be at liberty to file its response to the above applications filed on behalf of the appellants. The respondent no.4 shall also be at liberty to file its response to the application filed on behalf of the appellant. Responses be filed three days before the next date of hearing with exchange of copies.
