ORDER
This is an application filed by the IRP in terms of Regulation 30A(1)(a) of the IBBI, (IRP for Corporate Persons) seeking to withdraw CP-IB/596/ND/2020.
Heard the Ld. Counsel for the Applicant. Liberty is granted to the Applicant to withdraw the Company Petition bearing IB/596/ND/2020. Order for admitting CIRP is terminated and IRP is discharged from his duties. IRP will handover all the documents and relevant material to the Corporate Debtor, if any. Since the CIRP is terminated consequentially moratorium issued under Section 14 is also terminated. With these observations, Company Petition bearing IB/596/ND/2020 is dismissed as withdrawn. IA/5810/2023 disposed off.
