Judgment
Heard the submissions made by the counsel for the Resolution Professional. Application under Section 30(6) of the IBC, 2016 read with regulation 39(4) of IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) regulations 2016 is taken on record. Resolution Plan under Section 31(1) of IBC, 2016 as approved by the Committee of Creditors under Section 30(4) of IBC is stated to meet the requirements under Section 30(2), which is binding on the Corporate Debtor and its employees, members and creditors including the Central Government and State Government or any local authority to whom a debt interest in respect of the payment arising under any law for the time being in force is due.
