ORDER
Mr. Sandeep Bhatt, the RP in this case is present to assist. He under discharges as the Liquidator named i.e. Mr. Kamal Razaq has given his consent. It is submitted that the balance sheet as of 30th September, 2019 has been shared with the Liquidator according to which there are others which can be injurious to the extent of more than Rs. 45 lakhs. The Members of the Co. being the Deutsche Bank undertake to liquidate the liability towards combipresence of the expenses and loss of the RP. The RP is hereby discharged from this case.
